Create your live event in the "Events" section of your ViddyUP admin. Add the title of your event, the embed code for your live streaming player, a related link or category if applicable and the start and end date of the event. Double check your time zone and then mark whether this event is repeating.

If you have already uploaded a slider image that you would like to use on the homepage of the site under "Sliders", it will be available as an option in the "Slider Event" drop-down menu for the new event you are creating. Choose that slider and your event will be featured on the homepage.

If you have not added a slider image for the homepage yet, go ahead and save your event information without an image selected in the "Slider Event" drop-down menu. Next, go to your "Sliders" tab in the admin and upload the image you want to use. Next to "Live Event," choose the event you just created to feature it on the homepage.
